Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, identifying and securing top talent aligned with our goals and culture.

You will partner with hiring managers, provide market insights and salary benchmarks, and mentor junior recruiters while using Workable ATS and LinkedIn to build robust pipelines for critical tech positions. Office-based in DHA Sector F, Rawalpindi.

Qualifications

• MA/BA in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Advanced understanding of technical recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of software development roles (QA, UI/UX, .NET, PHP, Front/Back End, iOS, Android).
• 1–2 years’ experience in technical recruitment in software industry.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior recruiters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, technical requirements, and culture.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and fit.
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
• Use platforms such as Workable ATS, LinkedIn to identify top candidates.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical technical roles.
• Stay current on recruitment trends and salary benchmarks in tech.
