Job summary

UHRS is seeking an experienced advisor to identify and classify goods under OGA legislation and to prepare comprehensive tax and regulatory spreadsheets. The role requires deep HS and tariff expertise, with strong English and Urdu communication skills to liaise with regulators and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in customs administration, familiarity with WeBOC, and a proven track record in complex multi-system environments within the public sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in CS/IT/IT Management or Law.
• 10+ years in customs administration (assessment, valuation, classification).
• Experience with paperless Customs Clearance System.
• Strong English and Urdu communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and classify goods under OGA legislation.
• Prepare spreadsheets detailing duties, taxes, quotas, and exemptions.
• Explain regulatory requirements and compliance measures.
• Coordinate with government authorities and use WeBOC processes.
