Job summary

PARCO, Pak-Arab Refinery Limited, is a leading energy conglomerate seeking a proactive recruitment leader with a strong industry network to attract, assess, and secure top talent across technical, corporate, and leadership roles.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment, proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and Total Talent Acquisition using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other sourcing platforms, while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding hiring

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of education in HRM, Business, Psychology or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• A Master's degree or MBA with HRM specialization is an added advantage.
• At least 14 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and assessment to offer management and onboarding.
• Drive proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing across energy, engineering, and industrial sectors.
• Manage internal talent pipelines, succession-linked hiring, and career mobility opportunities.
• Oversee Total Talent Acquisition, integrating permanent and contractual workforce requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective hiring strategies and exceptional candidate experiences.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting operations, ensuring process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Strengthen employer branding and drive recruitment performance through data-driven insights.
