Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Statistics, CS or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years as SQL/Data Analyst supporting business stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL and BI tools expertise required.
• Experience with Databricks, Sigma or similar analytics platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work Agile with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, delivery, maintenance and improvement of data models, dashboards and analyses.
• Gather requirements, prioritize initiatives and manage data product lifecycle as product owner.
• Design scalable data solutions using advanced SQL and BI tools.
• Serve as data SME for assigned business functions and provide strategic insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through data analysis and recommendations.
• Create and maintain data documentation for stakeholders.
