Job summary

Joblogic is seeking a data/reporting specialist to write SQL reports, develop dashboards, and translate customer requirements into structured data solutions. You will work with Azure DB, drag-and-drop visualization tools, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outputs.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data visualization expertise, and experience with ticketing systems. A collaborative, agile environment and UK-based firm with global reach are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven related experience within an organisation that provides software solutions (preferably service management).
• Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with modern relational databases.
• Skilled at optimizing large SQL scripts into refined queries.
• Ability to produce accurate customer specification documents for development.
• Skilled in data visualization and designing custom outputs using drag & drop tools.
• Familiarity with testing code and review outputs.
• Experience with ticket tracking/logging tools (e.g., Zendesk, Oracle, Salesforce, Tracker, Jira).
• Experience with screen sharing tools (e.g., Zoom, AnyDesk, Teams, LogMeIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and test custom reports and data sources using SQL to extract data from Azure DB.
• Develop and test dynamic dashboards using SQL as data source and drag-and-drop tools (Stimulsoft, MS BI, Klipfolio).
• Design high-standard electronic forms from customer requirements with no coding needed.
• Collect and import customer data into Excel templates for bulk imports.
• Investigate and resolve bugs and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile development with strong documentation.
• Prepare workflows and update records in Jira and other ticket systems (Tracker, Trello, Zendesk).
• Communicate with customers through various channels to assess technical requirements.
• Manage customer escalations per SLAs and agreements.
• Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
