Job summary

Translation Empire is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members. This role focuses on in-depth data analysis, strategic decision support, and advanced reporting.

You will design and develop Power BI dashboards, SQL reports, and ETL pipelines, while ensuring data integrity and security. The position involves guiding a growing analytics team and influencing data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
• Expert-level skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong experience with SSIS, Data Warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
