Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking a Senior Data Analytics & Engineering Lead to steer Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams, modernize data architecture, and deliver scalable pipelines and dashboards. You will drive Qlik Sense, Power BI, and Big Data initiatives while enabling secure, reliable data delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, or related field.
• Experience leading Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on Qlik Sense: dashboard development, modeling, reporting, design, architecture, and replication.
• Strong Power BI experience and self-service BI skills.
• Deep knowledge of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Sqoop; NoSQL like Cassandra/HBase.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL; ETL and data pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure cloud services, and Databricks preferred.
• Keen requirements gathering, data mapping, gap/feasibility analyses, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Azure DevOps; knowledge of Data Science / ML is a plus.
• Financial services domain knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams, ensuring delivery and best practices.
• Design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture.
• Provide technical leadership across Qlik Sense, Power BI, Big Data & data engineering initiatives.
• Support Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and Azure cloud services.
• Oversee reporting processes to meet regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
• Modernize legacy BI/ETL tools and migrate to modern BI platforms.
• Develop automated dashboards and data visualizations for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Executive, Product, Data, Design, Technology, and Business teams.
• Mentor team members and promote Agile data engineering practices.
