Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead Social Media Engagement, overseeing public interactions, content development, and audience sentiment. You will implement strategies across platforms and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include analytics, campaigns, influencer onboarding, calendar planning, and cross‑team collaboration. You’ll produce multimedia content, monitor comments, report KPIs to HoD, and maintain 24/7 social media readiness.

Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Media studies or Sciences with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement metrics.
• Experience developing social media strategies and content calendars.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing interactions with the public by content development, management and tracking engagement and sentiment.
• Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and plan social media campaigns to build an online community.
• Develop and update social media strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Develop social media elements of campaigns and track consumer engagement.
• Provide inputs to Brand Manager on social media elements of brand guidelines.
• Ensure social media is aligned with and integrated within brand guidelines.
• Develop yearly and monthly social media calendars for posting and engagement.
• Manage daily publishing across platforms and coordinate with designers and copywriters.
• Monitor comments and DMs; respond to audience to foster engagement.
• Track metrics using Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics and report performance.
• Stay updated on trends, SEO tools and social features; measure impact.
• Manage social media tools like Hootsuite/Sprout/Buffer and integrations.
• Identify, onboard influencers, and manage contractual obligations.
• Produce content with photography, videography and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Zero tolerance for plagiarism; ensure brand tone and on-brand visuals.
• Availability to support 24/7 social media operations.
• Collaborate with branding, media and events teams to ensure consistency.
