Pakistan Digital Authority seeks a Social Media Manager to own end-to-end operations for 10–15 accounts across PDA’s brands, handling scheduling, publishing, recording and performance analysis.

Responsibilities include publishing calendar management, account security per governance policy, daily monitoring and logging, and performance reporting. Collaboration with the Head of Content on moderation and escalation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Experience managing a large, multi-account social media operation.
• Proficiency with scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Disciplined, process-driven, and reliable execution against publishing schedules.
• Data literacy and ability to produce clear performance reports.
• Account security, channel monitoring, comment moderation, and escalation coordination.

Responsabilités

• Own the publishing calendar and schedule and publish posts across every account at the appropriate times.
• Maintain and secure all accounts in accordance with credential rules in the PDA Media Governance Policy.
• Monitor all channels daily and record and log everything published.
• Analyze performance across accounts and report on reach, engagement, and growth.
• Coordinate with the Head of Content on comment moderation and escalation.
