The incumbent will lead process improvement initiatives, develop business cases, and ensure adherence to compliance while driving standardization and efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Public sector, regulated or large organizations experience encouraged.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Ability to develop business cases to justify investments in new technologies or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the DFP Oracle ERP system and generate requisitions for IT & Stores.
• Coordinate and guide departmental users on procurement procedures for compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using data and stakeholder input.
• Advise senior management on process improvement initiatives and develop business cases.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives including reengineering, automation and standardization.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure awareness of changes and provide training and support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align improvements with business goals and maintain documentation to drive standardization.
• Establish metrics to track process performance and collect data for improvement opportunities.
