Job summary

Software Finder is seeking a Senior Executive, Demand Generation (SMS Marketing) to lead SMS campaigns and grow our pipeline with measurable results.

You will own end-to-end SMS marketing operations, plan and schedule campaigns, monitor deliverability and engagement, and track leads through to conversion. The role emphasizes data accuracy and actionable insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in demand generation, SMS marketing, or related marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and optimize performance data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in data and workflows.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, confident communication for reporting and day-to-day coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead tracking across all tools and platforms, keeping records accurate and updated on time.
• Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, evaluate performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of SMS campaigns so they launch on time and meet defined objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement metrics, and resolve issues quickly as they arise.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized data sheets for all active campaigns.
• Track lead activity dates and segment audiences correctly to support future targeting.
• Coordinate daily with the nurturing and sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and continuous campaign improvement.
• Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps affecting sales performance.
• Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
