Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing operations role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI.
• Excellent analytical abilities to track and optimize performance data.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail in data handling.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Clear, confident communication for reporting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead tracking across all tools and platforms, keeping records accurate and updated on time.
• Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, evaluate performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of SMS campaigns so they launch on time and meet defined objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement metrics, and resolve issues quickly as they arise.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized data sheets for all active campaigns.
• Track lead activity dates and segment audiences correctly to support future targeting.
• Coordinate daily with the nurturing and sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and continuous campaign improvement.
• Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps affecting sales performance.
• Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.
