• Track and analyze SMS campaign conversions, evaluate performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of SMS campaigns so they launch on time and meet defined objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, including deliverability and engagement metrics, and resolve issues quickly as they arise.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized data sheets for all active campaigns.
• Track lead activity dates and segment audiences correctly to support future targeting.
• Coordinate daily with the nurturing and sales teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and continuous campaign improvement.
• Conduct regular engagement analyses and identify gaps affecting sales performance.
• Cross-check conversions, lead counts, and activity dates for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations.

Software Finder is hiring a Senior Executive, Demand Generation (SMS Marketing) to strengthen our demand generation efforts through high-performing SMS campaigns. This role sits at the center of how we attract, engage, and convert leads, using SMS as a direct and measurable channel to grow our pipeline.

As a senior member of the Demand Generation team, you will take ownership of our SMS marketing operations from end to end. You will plan and schedule campaigns, monitor deliverability and engagement, and track every lead through to conversion. You will also keep our campaign data accurate and well segmented, so each campaign is built on reliable insights from the last.

Working closely with our nurturing and sales teams, you will make sure leads generated through SMS are followed up promptly and effectively. Through regular analysis and reporting, you will identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and help us steadily increase the pipeline and revenue our SMS channel delivers.

This role is ideal for an analytical, organized marketer who enjoys working with data and wants to see the direct impact of their work on business growth.
