Job summary

Gulf Desk Services is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor Branch Managers across seven branches in Abu Dhabi from our Lahore office. The role focuses on improving dine-in, take-away, and delivery sales with sharp commercial insight and practical guidance.

You will coach, train, and guide managers to drive revenue, using real Pakistani restaurant sales experience to inform coaching conversations and action plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the restaurant or F&B industry with strong sales.
• Proven track record in driving dine-in, take-away, and delivery sales.
• Excellent English and Urdu communication.
• Natural coach capable of guiding Branch Managers.
• Deep knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and dining customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly online sales meetings with each Branch Manager across 7 branches.
• Review branch performance including dine-in, take-away, delivery, average spend and trends.
• Lead meetings with a clear sales agenda and actionable next steps.
• Coach Branch Managers on driving dine-in revenue, take-away capture and delivery performance.
• Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
