Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or operations management.
• Experience in gig-economy, marketplace dynamics, or logistics is a strong plus.
• Proven track record leading direct reports or cross-functional projects.
• Strong English communication, ownership, and accountability.
• Able to challenge the status quo and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Logistics Operations Specialists.
• Own regional logistics performance across markets and diagnose operational issues.
• Oversee daily demand planning and rider staffing frameworks.
• Drive automation and AI tools to reduce manual workload and improve scalability.
• Spearhead rollout of new logistics products and features across markets.
• Partner with Local Logistics Leaders, Finance, and Product Managers to standardize best practices.
