foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Rider Compliance owner to safeguard logistics by monitoring cancellations, identifying vulnerabilities, and neutralizing rider fraud across our platform. You will develop frameworks, analyze data, and enforce SOPs to combat fraud in four areas: order and delivery fraud, technical and location fraud, and financial abuse.

If you have 3–5 years of fraud investigations or risk management and strong SQL/Excel skills, join our regional team.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in fraud investigations, risk management, compliance, or logistics operations.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: SQL and Excel are preferred.
• Investigative Mindset: deep familiarity with fraud vectors (GPS spoofing, app cloning, social engineering).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Product teams to close system loopholes.
• Communication: translate complex fraud into clear, actionable reports for upper management.

Responsabilidades

• owner of Rider Compliance, develop frameworks, analyze data, and enforce SOPs to combat four main categories of fraud.
• Monitor & Reduce Cancellations: investigate and curb fraudulent cancellation spikes.
• Prevent Hijacking & Asset Loss: build systems to track Silent Pickups, redispatch loopholes, and Return Frauds.
• Audit Exploitations: track and penalize riders exploiting safety policies.
• Technical & Location Fraud Detection: detect unauthorized apps, prevent account sharing, detect location anomalies.
• Account Misuse: crack down on account sharing, multi-apping, and shift selling.
• Financial Abuse & Asset Protection: manage cash runaways, audit rider payouts and fees.
