Navigator HR is seeking a sales professional in Lahore to drive new business for POS systems and related IT solutions. You will identify prospects, present solutions, and manage relationships with retailers, restaurants, and F&B clients, coordinating with marketing and support teams for a seamless customer journey.

The role emphasizes outdoor client visits, monthly and quarterly targets, and proactive market research to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B technology or IT products.
• Experience selling to retail chains, restaurants, cafés, or F&B businesses is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate product value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and approach potential customers, particularly retail chains, restaurants, cafés, and other F&B businesses.
• Generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable POS products, features, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, forecasts, and regular activity and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and technical/support teams, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, orders, and post-sales matters to maintain customer satisfaction.
