Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions in Lahore seeks a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to promote and sell POS solutions to retail chains, F&B businesses, and other commercial clients. The role combines indoor sales coordination with outdoor client visits.

Based in Lahore, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets by understanding client needs and recommending suitable POS products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably POS systems, IT products, software solutions, or B2B technology sales.
• Experience selling to retail chains, restaurants, or F&B businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and approach potential customers, particularly retail chains, restaurants, cafés, and other F&B businesses.
• Generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable POS products, features, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, forecasts, and regular activity and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and technical/support teams, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, orders, and post-sales matters to maintain customer satisfaction.
