Job summary

Techloset in Faisalabad is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead our paid advertising and scale our e-commerce growth. You will plan and optimize Meta Ads, mentor a team, run A/B tests, and report insights with actionable recommendations.

A 2–3 year hands-on experience with paid ads, ROI-focused budgets, and a Bachelor's degree are required. This is an on-site, full-time role with opportunities to shape strategy and drive measurable performance across campaigns.

We're Hiring: Performance Marketer (Team Lead) — Faisalabad

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to run and scale our e-commerce brand's paid advertising and lead our performance marketing team.

Location: Faisalabad (On-site, Full-time)

Experience: 2–3 years minimum

What you’ll do:

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Diagnose underperforming ads and know exactly what to fix.
• Creative, targeting, budget, or funnel
• Manage ad budgets and consistently deliver strong ROAS/ROI
• Lead and mentor a performance marketing team, setting KPIs and reviewing output
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences
• Report performance insights to management with clear, actionable recommendations

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Meta Ads required)
• Proven track record of managing meaningful ad budgets with strong ROI
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong analytical skills , you read the data before you make the call
• Bachelor's degree required
