Job summary

JBS is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials & P2P Functional Consultant to provide hands-on support for EBS R12 Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and P2P processes. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience and onsite presence in Karachi, Pakistan.

Candidate will troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver timely fixes and functional improvements within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience in Financials/P2P.
• Experience in production support or AMS environments is preferred.
• Oracle Financials and P2P process knowledge; Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and P2P modules.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot issues across Oracle Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and P2P.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and processes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose functional solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Analyze accounting flows and transaction accounting in Oracle EBS.
• Support Procure-to-Pay business processes and AME configurations.
