Job summary

HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally in Lahore, Pakistan seeks an experienced Oracle HCM/HRMS specialist to lead ERP changes and end-to-end implementations. You will coordinate requirements, design, testing, and production support across Oracle EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM Cloud, including Payroll.

The role requires 5–6 years of relevant experience, hands-on Oracle module expertise, and strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant professional experience.
• 5–6 years in Oracle HCM/HRMS, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS and/or Fusion HCM Cloud, including Payroll.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS across business areas.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and production support.
• Understanding of HCM/Payroll configuration and impact analysis.
• Oracle certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement changes to Oracle HCM, Payroll, Oracle EBS HRMS, Fusion HCM Cloud and customized apps in production per policies.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development coordination, and testing.
• Oversee Oracle HCM and Payroll system administration to meet policies and business needs.
• Perform impact analysis for configuration and setup changes.
• Coordinate with users, HR, Finance/Payroll, and tech teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Provide functional support for development, upgrades, and reporting.
• Raise and manage Oracle SRs and track to resolution.
• Perform business process re-engineering based on evolving requirements.
• Offer end-to-end functional expertise across Oracle EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Research Oracle technologies and recommend best practices and cost-effective solutions within timelines.
