Job summary

COMP360 Software is seeking a mid-level Project Manager for onsite ERP implementations in Karachi. You will lead full lifecycle projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating planning, execution, delivery, and client communications to ensure value is delivered.

You will manage scope, risks, and budget, work with consultants and developers, create plans and SOWs, and drive testing, training, and post-launch handover.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience with ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, sales, supply chain, operations, or HR.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple moving parts.
• Skilled in client communication and expectation management.
• Experience in creating project documentation, including plans, SOWs, and status reports.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or any major ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations that teams can actually follow.
• Drive weekly progress reviews and ensure blockers are resolved quickly.
• Work closely with functional consultants and developers to align requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage client expectations and communicate clearly at all stages of the project.
• Track scope, budget, risks, and change requests.
• Ensure proper testing, training, and documentation are completed before deployment.
• Support post-launch stabilization and handover to support teams.
