Job summary

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Support Consultant in Karachi to provide L2/L3 support for R12 modules. You will develop customizations, run reports, and fix production issues while collaborating with functional teams.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience, strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge, and a proactive approach to root-cause analysis. Onsite in Karachi with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of Oracle EBS R12 technical experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle EBS technical support, development, customization, and maintenance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle EBS R12 applications.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Reports, XML Publisher/BI Publisher reports, and SQL-based reports.
• Troubleshoot PL/SQL, interfaces, and data integrations with business users.
