Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop objectives and manage all campaign operations/activities.
• Conduct resource planning to maximize productivity (people, tech).
• Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales/customer service).
• Motivate associates to achieve monthly goals.
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct per company standards; document issues with HR involvement.
• Lead team meetings 15 minutes before day shift and at shift end.
• Ensure goal achievement aligns with Touchstone's standards.
• Monitor hours worked and ensure dialing hours meet company standards.
• Enforce daily shift time adherence within the team.
