Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support role, preferably MSP
• Certification in CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA desirable
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with network cabling installation

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients for network issues
• Troubleshoot escalated incidents and service requests
• Report to client site when needed
• Monitor and manage client IT infrastructure for reliability
• Perform maintenance, updates and optimization tasks
• Lead resolution of complex incidents and document root causes
• Mentor Level I engineers
• Participate in IT projects like upgrades and migrations
