Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a System & Network Engineer (Level II) to oversee IT infrastructure across multiple client environments. The role covers network and server administration, cloud services, and security compliance to ensure business continuity and optimal performance.

You will administer VMware environments, manage Azure and Microsoft 365, and work with ConnectWise, Kaseya, and ServiceNow for ticketing and remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience in network and system administration across client environments.
• Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2008-2022) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure administration.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and remote access technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Manage server environments on-premises and in the cloud (Windows Server, virtualization).
• Support Microsoft 365, AD, and Azure; manage users and policies.
• Configure and maintain firewall/VPN solutions for secure remote access.
