Zones IT Solutions in Lahore is seeking a Senior Cloud Technical Specialist to deliver advanced technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions, focusing on 365, Entra ID, and Azure. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, resolving incidents and guiding operations.

The role requires strong expertise in identity management, cloud infrastructure, and licensing, with the ability to work independently, support staff, and stay current with Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of technical support experience with Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud identity, authentication, and CSP licensing.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and licensing support for Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and directory sync.
• Manage Azure environments: subscriptions, VMs, networking, VPNs, monitoring, and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and partners to resolve complex challenges.
• Stay current on cloud technologies and certifications.
