Staunch is seeking a Senior/Team Lead to guide a growing engineers team in Lahore. You will mentor, drive technical excellence, own end-to-end delivery, and bridge engineering with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities include architectural leadership, code reviews, project planning, risk management, and collaborating with product and client stakeholders to translate vision into scalable, maintainable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering projects end-to-end.
• Strong MERN stack experience.
• Hands-on client communication and team coordination.
• Knowledge of Terraform and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Own projects end-to-end from requirements to delivery and post-release support.
• Lead architectural discussions and perform code reviews to ensure quality.
