Staunch is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I (SSE-I) in Lahore to lead technical aspects of software development, mentor teammates, and ensure high-quality applications. The role requires guiding architecture, reviews, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will design, implement, and optimize robust systems, participate in SCRUM rituals, and contribute to documentation while maintaining secure, scalable code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities
