Leadersol is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to own features from database design to polished front-ends. You will work across client projects, shipping Laravel/WordPress back-ends with React front-ends, and mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional full-stack experience (PHP essential).
• Strong Laravel or WordPress engineering (not just site-building).
• Solid React or Vue, modern JS/TS, and REST integration experience.
• Comfortable with Git workflows, code review and CI basics.
• Clear written English for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Laravel / WordPress back-ends and React front-ends.
• Design clean database schemas and fast, documented REST APIs.
• Review pull requests and mentor mid-level developers.
• Turn client requirements into clear technical plans and estimates.
• Keep performance, security and code quality high on every release.
