IPS (Information Process Solutions) Pakistan is seeking a Senior L&D Specialist to design, implement, and optimize learning programs that boost employee capabilities and business outcomes.

The role emphasizes training needs analysis, instructional design, leadership development, and data-driven learning effectiveness, with a strong focus on LMS administration and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Org Psychology/Education or related field; Master’s or L&D cert preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant L&D, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Development experience.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and in fast-paced corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve L&D programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis using performance data and surveys.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver onboarding, technical, soft-skills, leadership, customer service, and compliance training.
• Develop and update training materials, facilitator guides, presentations, assessments, and e-learning content.
• Facilitate engaging classroom, virtual, and blended sessions.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential development initiatives.
• Partner with managers and HR to identify performance gaps and implement interventions.
• Track attendance, completion rates, assessments, and business impact; prepare L&D dashboards.
• Manage LMS activities, calendars, and learning reports.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Lead or contribute to strategic HR/L&D initiatives.
