Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an experienced Infra Delivery and Operations leader to manage Field services across Pakistan, ensuring high availability of compute, network and digital workplace services. The role drives service improvement, coordinates with external partners, and aligns with PepsiCo standards for field IT support.

Ideal candidate has 15+ years in infra delivery, strong leadership, and ITIL experience. Travel to field locations and virtual team coordination are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is required.
• 15+ years of experience in Infra delivery and support roles.
• Knowledge of Project management tools and ITIL certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sets the agenda for the Field services team and manages performance.
• Identifies opportunities to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Reviews infrastructure to identify risk and drive continuous service improvement.
• Manages field services end user services, site services support, and routine tasks.
• Drives incident resolution with service providers for various infra services.
• Owns IT incident recovery and coordinates Root Cause Analysis with ITOps partners.
