Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure leader to oversee Field services, network, compute and digital workplace delivery across Pakistan. You will drive service performance, manage incidents and coordinate with global IT teams and external vendors to ensure PepsiCo standards are met.

The role requires extensive experience in infra delivery, ITIL and project-management practices, with the ability to lead virtual teams across multiple locations and work in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
• 15+ years in Infra delivery and support roles.
• Infra (Compute, Network, Digital Workplace services) technical skills.
• Knowledge of Project management tools and ITIL certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sets the agenda for Field services team and manages their performance.
• Identifies opportunities to reduce baseline costs and improve service levels.
• Drive/coordinate incident resolution and service improvement across regions.
• Owns IT Infra landscape, incident recovery and cross-team coordination.
