Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead governance, financial reconciliation and loss prevention across its national network in Pakistan. You will own stock accuracy, FEFO compliance, and 3PL governance, coordinating with Operations, Finance and Planning to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least 5 years in inventory control with SAP or similar ERP, plus strong analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or related field required.
At least 5 years of relevant inventory control experience in retail, ecommerce or 3PL.
Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, controls and 3PL governance.
Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP platforms and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Lead inventory governance, reconciliation and loss prevention across the country network.
Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately in WMS/ERP and financial records.
Oversee stocktakes, cycle counts and investigations of discrepancies.
Drive corrective actions to improve stock accuracy, shrinkage and expiry.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Planning and 3PL partners on controls.
