foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Media & Partnerships in Pakistan. You will lead strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and manage top client relationships to grow the retail media and advertising business across Foodpanda's ecosystem.

You will report to the Head, Retail Media & Partnerships and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred but not required.
• 8–10+ years of experience across advertising/media sales, strategic partnerships, FMCG/CPG, ecommerce, consulting or related commercial functions.
• Strong track record of building and closing large-scale partnerships and managing senior client relationships.
• Experience with FMCGs/CPGs, media agencies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, retail media, ecommerce and/or performance marketing and the ability to translate media solutions into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong stakeholder-management across multiple internal functions and senior external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex ideas into compelling client narratives.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, grow and manage partnerships across key industries to create long-term commercial value.
• Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver against revenue and targets across retail media, advertising and partnerships.
• Key Account Management: Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and translate Foodpanda's ecosystem into solutions.
• Consultative Selling: Move beyond transactional selling by identifying client challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
• Partnership Strategy: Develop growth plans for priority partners and verticals.
• Retail Media Solutions: Develop and commercialise advertising solutions across Foodpanda's ecosystem.
• Campaign Performance & Optimisation: Use data to review and optimise campaigns and partnerships.
• Forecasting: Maintain pipelines, budgets and performance reviews against targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations and other teams.
• Sales Excellence: Maintain CRM hygiene and scalable playbooks.
• Industry & Market Development: Stay close to retail media and digital commerce trends.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Foodpanda with clients and industry stakeholders.
