Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an ICT Program Director to lead multiple projects in the CSS BOS domain (BSS/OSS) in Pakistan. You will drive scope, time, cost, and quality, ensuring contracts are delivered to customer satisfaction and aligning resources with governance standards.

You will build strong C-Level relationships, manage vendor engagements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget, while maintaining risk controls and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 10+ years in ICT project/program management.
• Experience with large Transformation Programs in Operators within ICT, BOS domains.

Responsibilities

• Build strong Customer Relationship at C-Level and act as Ericsson partner.
• Manage project governance, scope, and resources across complex programs.
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and monitor program finances and risk management.
