Job summary

Ericsson Islamabad is seeking an ICT Program Director to lead multiple CSS BOS domain projects (BSS/OSS), delivering scope, time, costs and quality per sponsor agreement. You will secure resources, define governance, and monitor activities across complex ecosystems with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

More than 10 years in project and/or program manager roles within ICT sector.
Transformation programs leadership in ICT/BSS/OSS with budgets of 10M USD or more.
Proven multi-vendor coordination and management of diverse subcontractors.
PMI PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
Proficiency in English and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

Build strong C-level customer relationships and increase trust in Ericsson as a partner.
Manage operational relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction.
Establish program organization, baselines, scope, resources, and cost control.
Handle conflicts and issues; govern scope changes with proper approvals.
Oversee vendor contracts and governance; ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Drive risk management and financial monitoring for programs.
Mentor project teams and contribute to growth and best practices.
