You will drive customer relationships at the C‑level, manage multi-vendor collaborations, govern contracts, and steer program execution with strong leadership and communication. English proficiency and 10+ years in ICT programs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• More than 10 years in project/program manager roles within ICT.
• Experience leading large transformation programs in ICT/BOS domains with multi-vendor coordination.
• PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Build strong C-Level customer relationships across IT, engineering, marketing, and finance.
• Oversee end-to-end program governance, scope, and resources; manage risks and budget.
• Lead vendor and partner management; negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with governance.
• Drive program profitability, identify add-on sales opportunities, and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Mentor project teams and enable professional growth across cross-functional groups.
