Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Sr. Health Representative (Antimicrobial Stewardship) to plan and implement marketing and sales strategies for the assigned portfolio in Karachi.

You will detail products to healthcare professionals and work to achieve revenue and KPI targets. Key responsibilities include delivering professional presentations to doctors, planning customer engagement activities, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and recording calls in the Veeva system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
• Science Graduate or PharmD preferred.
• Experience in relevant specialty promotion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional detailing to targeted doctors for business generation.
• Plan and conduct customer engagement activities.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of products and communicate benefits to customers.
• Update doctors/chemists contact records and maintain call logs in Veeva.
• Prepare weekly and monthly call plans and follow them to improve coverage.
• Gather market insights and provide feedback to HRM/Country Brand Manager.
• Willing to travel frequently as needed.
• Willing to relocate as required by business.

Job Title: Sr. Health Representative (Antimicrobial Stewardship)

Division: Antimicrobial Stewardship

Report to: Health Rep Manager

Positions: 01

Locations: Karachi

Responsible for planning, implementing and follow up of marketing and sales strategies / tactics of assigned brands portfolio. Responsible for product details to HCPs of assigned territory and achieve revenue & KPIs objectives. Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.

Role Responsibilities

• Making professional & skillful in chamber presentations/detailing to targeted doctors of the assigned territory for business generation.
• Plan & conduct customer engagement activities.
• Ensuring adequate knowledge of the products and their competition to establish & communicate the benefit of products to customers/users.
• Updating doctors/chemists contact records list as & when needed with the consent of Category Lead and maintains all call records accordingly through Veeva system.
• Preparing weekly and monthly call plans and properly follow it to improve customer coverage as per defined KPIs.
• Responsible for gathering market insights in assigned geographical areas and provide feedback to HRM/Country Brand Manager/ CFC Lead for marketing strategies.
• Ready to travel frequently as per business need.
• Willingness to relocate as per business need.

Academic Qualification

• Minimum Graduate -Science Graduate & Pharm D will be Preferred

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
• Experience of relevant specialty Promotion will be preferred
