Job summary

Linkers International is seeking a General Manager to lead our civil engineering and construction portfolios. You will drive project planning, ensure world-class quality and safety across sites, and oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relations.

Requirements include a BE/BSc in Civil Engineering with PEC registration, 14–15 years in civil construction, and 5–7 years in leadership roles. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Active PEC registration.
• 14–15 years of civil construction experience.
• 5–7 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle execution of civil and infrastructure projects from inception to closeout.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Formulate engineering strategies, QA/QC benchmarks, and policies.
• Control budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation for profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships.
