The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, with over 15 years of experience in leading multi-story projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include team management, ensuring project specifications, and presenting weekly progress to upper management. A BSc in Civil Engineering and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in planning, overseeing, and leading multi-story projects.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
• Ability to present weekly progress of projects to Head Projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning, managing, and coordinating various aspects of development projects.
• Overseeing a team of project management consultants and contractors.
• Ensuring commissioning of facilities in conformance to project specifications.
