The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and strong skills in risk assessment, MS Office, communication, and report writing. You will coordinate with teams to maintain safety and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and report writing.
• Ability to organize, plan, and meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Train sub-ordinates and form a team to achieve work efficiently.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the team.
• Delegate tasks to subordinates for each assignment.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale.
