Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Executive to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for U.S.-based client portfolios across restaurant, franchise, and retail operations.

You will mentor a team of FP&A analysts, own monthly close deliverables, develop financial models, and present insights to senior client stakeholders to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; ACCA/CPA/CFA/MBA preferred.
• 3+ years FP&A or related roles with at least 1 year leading a team.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and complex financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan or similar FP&A tools.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and US-client exposure preferred.
• Experience with restaurant/franchise/retail multi-location models is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts across client portfolios.
• Review models, packs, and variance commentary before submission.
• Set objectives and develop team skills.
• Create SOPs, templates, and knowledge documentation.
• Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for US portfolios.
• Develop and maintain financial models and rolling forecasts.
• Improve forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis.
• Present results to senior clients and manage ad-hoc analyses.
