Job summary

EY in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Associate/Supervising Associate to support PBFA in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and business insights. You will analyze data, build financial models, and present findings to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in FP&A, strong Power BI and Excel skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Power BI.
• Experience with large datasets and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop understanding of FP&A cycle, drivers, and service line metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights on revenue, profitability, utilization, and margins.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements across the service line.
• Collaborate with Finance, Experience Management, Talent, Markets, and GDS teams for data accuracy.
• Participate in process improvement, reporting enhancements, and automation.
• Serve as a trusted contact for financial analysis, reporting, and modelling requests.
