Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting, business finance, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Power BI.
• Experience working with large datasets, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Line PBFA Lead in budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the annual FP&A cycle, business drivers, and service line performance metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to provide insights on revenue, profitability, utilization, margins, and other indicators.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and forecasting.
• Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
