Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Lahore is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our client-focused finance team. You will manage daily store transactions, ensure accuracy in QuickBooks, and support audits across cross-border operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in finance or accounting, with strong US GAAP knowledge and proficiency in Excel. This on-site role offers opportunities to streamline transaction workflows and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CA.
Minimum 2 years in finance or accounting, preferably in BPO/shared services.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and retail transaction workflows.
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Review, clean, and reconcile daily store transactions including sales, refunds, fuel purchases, and inventory adjustments.
Maintain QuickBooks entries, bank reconciliations, and expense categorization.
Generate financial reports, identify discrepancies, and provide insights to improve accuracy.
Assist internal audits and collaborate with US-based finance teams to ensure standards alignment.
Identify inefficiencies in transaction workflows and propose improvements.
