Job summary

Murkez is seeking a Sr Finance and Planning Analysis Executive to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling from its Lahore office. You will prepare management reports, analyze variances, and partner with department heads to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with FP&A systems.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all business units.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and long-range planning tools.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages with variance analyses.
• Partner with department heads to evaluate financial performance and KPIs.
• Support pricing analysis, investment planning, and cost optimization.
• Manage and enhance financial systems and reporting tools for efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for executive decisions, board presentations, and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and FP&A policies.
