Job summary

Confidential is seeking an FP&A Executive to join its finance team in Islamabad. You will contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, keep financial models up to date, and translate numbers into clear insights that help leadership make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (preferred): ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, or financial analysis, with 3–4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Financial Modelling: Build and update short- and long-range financial forecasts.
• Forecasting & Financial Modelling: Develop and refine driver-based financial models using operational and business inputs.
• Forecasting & Financial Modelling: Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support forecasts.
• Forecasting & Financial Modelling: Contribute to scenario planning and sensitivity testing.
• Forecasting & Financial Modelling: Track how accurate forecasts are, and report on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Budget Management: Coordinate the annual budget cycle and consolidate inputs from departments.
• Budget Management: Maintain budgeting templates and guide departments through their submissions.
• Budget Management: Produce budget-vs-actual variance reports.
• Budget Management: Support monthly budget reviews and follow through on agreed actions.
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Prepare management reports and concise performance summaries.
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Compare actual results against budget and forecast, and explain the gaps.
• Performance Reporting & Insights: Monitor KPIs.
