PRIME BPO is a confident and experienced Senior Sales Closer (BDS) to close Final Expense sales for our Saddar Rawalpindi branch. This is a full-time, on-site role for closers ready to take ownership of high-value conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Final Expense closing experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling.
• Willing to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters.
• Overcome objections professionally within regulations.
• Explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure commitment.
• Process and document closed sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the verification team for a smooth handoff.
• Maintain a high close rate while meeting quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion where appropriate.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for training or targets.
