PRIME BPO in Saddar Rawalpindi is seeking a confident and experienced Business Development Specialist (FE Closer) to close Final Expense policy sales on-site.

Senior level, full-time night shift (10 hours). You will close deals handed off by appointment setters, handle objections, and log sales in the CRM.

Location: 4th Floor, Rania Mall, Bank Rd, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Last date to apply: 30 October 2026. Uncapped bonuses, meals on site, and a long-term BPO career.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience on Final Expense as a closer (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Confident, target-driven attitude with CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle late-hour requirements.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Close Final Expense policy sales handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists.
• Overcome objections professionally while staying within compliance and insurance regulations.
• Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment.
• Accurately process and document closed sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the verification team to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Maintain a high close rate while meeting quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion where appropriate.
• Meet daily and weekly closing targets.
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for training or targets.
